AMH is an icon - Australia’s oldest and most respected beef brand. AMH is famous for excellent grass-fed animals born and bred in Eastern Australia, in the heart of the country’s best beef-growing regions. AMH Beef stands for consistent integrity, reliability and quality in beef.
This ethically produced beef is by a farmers collective in Tasmania, King and Flinders Islands - three remote islands in Australia famous for clean air and water. Cattle eat only grass, with no added hormones, no antibiotics and no GMO feeds. The beef is graded to 4 and 5 stars MSA tenderness, and naturally marbled for flavor.
Leaders in the prime steak business since 1920, Greater Omaha is in the Midwest United States, with access to the world’s largest supply of premium Angus and Hereford beef cattle. This matters, because only 3 out of 100 cows can deliver a Prime Grade steak. Greater Omaha ensures quality by processing everything in their own facility, with no outside vendors and no extra steps. The result is consistently excellent US beefsteak.
With 15 ranks of Wagyu beef, Sanuki beef (gold label) is in the top four. Sanuki Wagyu is produced exclusively on Shodushima island in Kagawa Prefecture. The beef comes from cows fed on the remains of pressed olives to increase natural sugars and healthy antioxidants in the beef. This creates flavorful Wagyu that is delicious, tender, and extra-high in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and vitamins.

Many believe Tajima cattle produce the best Wagyu beef in Japan. Now raised in Australia, Tajima Australian Grain-Fed Wagyu cattle are fed specialized grains, corn silage, hay, and cereals for a minimum of 350 days. To ensure quality, feed is grown and mixed on the same farm, under the care of an expert Japanese nutritionist. Tajima cattle are smaller and grow more slowly, so only a limited amount of Tajima beef is available. This premium range of grain-fed wagyu beef is prized by chefs because it is so excellent, with a large eye muscle and superior melt-in-the-mouth fat marbling.
TEYS Certified Premium Black Angus beef has a reputation for excellence because it combines the superior eating-quality of Black Angus cattle with a scientific program of feeding and care. The TEYS Certified Angus Program, which underpins the brand, is independently audited to ensure the beef’s authenticity, traceability and consistent quality.
Portoro offers a luxury certified grain fed product that has been raised in a natural and sustainable way. Tailored feeding programs, with daily monitoring and adjustments of each individual cattle’s feed. This allows prevention of antibiotic use, GMO free and consistent weight gain across the herd. We deliver a minimum standard of MB2+ and a luxury offering of MB4+.
Altair grassfed Wagyu combines the marbling and sumptuous texture of traditional Wagyu with the clean minerality of grassfed pasture raised cattle.
