Fermín is one of Spain’s oldest and most respected Iberico producers, founded in 1956 in the UNESCO-protected village of La Alberca at the foothills of the Sierra de Francia. This family business began with traditional expertise in raising Iberico pigs in a pristine natural environment, perfect for slow, artisanal curing.

With a strong commitment to quality from farm to finished product, Fermín operates its own exclusive farm, Finca Los Helechales, to breed 100% pure Iberico pigs. Traditional processing methods are combined with world-class food safety standards, earning certifications such as USDA, Halal, Organic, and BRC/IFS. Today, Fermín exports to over 20 countries, including the US, Japan, Canada, Singapore, and China.
