Roll-over: Created for chefs and kitchen professionals, Arla Pro is an innovative range of natural dairy ingredients from Scandinavia. It includes salted and unsalted butters, flavored creams, whipping and cooking creams, cheese in blocks, sliced and shredded preparations, plus Certified Halal dairy products.
Roll-over: This respected British company supplies cost-effective hard and soft cheeses for kitchen professionals. As well as mozzarella, the company also produces fat-filled mozzarella, analogue cheese and dairy ingredients in fresh and frozen formats, including cream and batter mixes for desserts.
In Europe, Belgian company Milcobel is famous for Mozzarella for pizza or slices. Milcobel mozzarella is made from high-quality, pure cow milk. It has a soft and subtle flavor, and it has excellent grating and baking properties. On pizza, the mozzarella melts nicely and changes color into an appealing light-brown shade. Grated mozzarella and grated mixed cheeses are available and can be customized.
