The first Chef's Table to focus on Japanese cuisine was hosted by Siam Food Services at Shichi Japanese Restaurant in Bangkok. A special menu of Japanese dishes was created by the restaurant’s executive chef. It showcased the excellent taste of Sanuki Olive Wagyu Beef, A4 Grade. This beef is exclusively imported from Japan by Siam Food Services. The menu also featured Omakase sashimi, using fresh Japanese fish and live lobster from Canada. The meal ended with a modern Japanese-style dessert - Yuzu Marmalade double cheesecake served with Wasabi crumble and Matcha Green Tea ice-cream. This special event was held in Bangkok on 4th September 2019.
