Japanese cuisine demands only the best ingredients and we are proud to launch a new and special business unit dedicated to Japanese cuisine. To launch this service, we hosted a Chef’s Table tasting event, with dishes created by our Corporate Savory Chef Saharat Tangthai. The menu highlighted premium Wagyu beef imported from Japan, served with the chef’s special sauce. Guests also sampled fresh sashimi fish, fresh uni temaki and dishes of Japanese ingredients, all supplied by Siam Food Services.
