Gourmet Truffles were on the menu at our first Chef's Table held at Urbani Truffle Bar & Restaurant, Bangkok. We invited 50 key customers to experience the latest Western and Italian fine-dining trends, with a gourmet menu featuring Ocean Gems crab meat, followed by Tajima Australian Grain-Fed Wagyu Beef served with truffle oil. To showcase the best of modern Western-style cuisine, the chef also used four chef-quality imported food brands: Arlo Pro, Castello, Ravifruit, and Candia. All are imported by Siam Food Services.
