Our goal is to add value for our business partners. In 2020 we developed Afternoon Tea Sets for sale by our bakery, restaurant and hotel partners. The range features hand-finished tarts, desserts, pastries, sandwiches and afternoon tea treats, all created by our Corporate Pastry Chef Preecha Voralert. Items can be bought as a complete Tea Set, or bakery customers can choose individual items to make up their own unique and personalized Tea Set, for sale to their customers. To launch these Afternoon Tea Set items, we held a Chef’s Table for bakery customers, so they could see the professional presentation of the pastries, and taste the ingredients, including butter, whipping cream and cream cheese. Along with the Afternoon Tea Sets, we served savory Foie Gras canapes and mini beef burgers created by Saharat Tangthai, Corporate Savory Chef.
