QC Executive

Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all company’s policies, system (GMP, HACCP), safety, standards, regulations, procedures, work rules, instruction, environment, and requirements are being strictly adhered at all times. Report incidents and non-compliance issue to the management.
  • Conduct all Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities for inspection and positive releasing the incoming materials, semi products, in process control and finished products with reliable results and time limit and ensure their specification compliance.
  • Manage and control the quarantine, reject and non-conforming product and define corrective action for the deviated materials and products.
  • Develop and improve testing methods to precision and accuracy and executing inspection plan in order to detect defects and malfunctions.
  • Provide and routine maintenance on QC testing equipment and instrument and establish test verification and calibration frequency based on instrument reliability.
  • Analyzing statistical data and product specifications to assist the establishment of quality standards of finish products
  • Develop and maintain a continuous improvement which proposed for quality, costing, and others related for benefit to department and plant.
  • Co-investigate quality complaints and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as QC/QA in food manufacturing with GHPs, HACCP, ISO22000/BRC/IFS.
  • Good knowledge in GHP/ HACCP/ ISO22000 Food Safety system.
  • Highly energetic and Enthusiastic person.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills, Leadership with service-oriented attitude and Building trusted relationships
  • Good computer literacy and statistic skills
