Modern Trade Operation Manager

Full-time

Key Accountabilities:

  • Understand seasonal trends, popularity, and product lifecycles of Commercial Food Retail Products
  • Participate in promotional activities and understand customer needs
  • Regularly monitor sales performance by Brand by Customers through daily /weekly and monthly

  • Ensure agreed customers service standard / parameter are met

  • Ensure shelf planograms are maintained as plan

  • Well-prepare to visit all stores nationwide.

  • Exhibit strong leadership skills as a team leader in merchandising.

  • Train and mentor junior staff members such as Personal Consultants, Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor.

  • Experience and cooperate well with Supermarket, particularly MAKRO and LOTUS

Qualifications:

  • A quick learner, Can-do attitude, Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Systematic, well organized, outstanding leadership skills, attention to detail and focusing on achievement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams as well as motivating own PC team
  • Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Familiar with handling Modern trade account, FMCG or, and Foods services will be advantage
  • Able to travel up-country and abroad periodically or as assigned
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management in similar industry
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
