Merchandiser Executive


Key Responsibility:

  • A Merchandiser is a retail professional responsible for producing sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services.
  • Review weekly sell-out performance and achieved KPIs in each store.
  • Identify issues and determine the course of action in preparation for the weekly sales meetings, as well as regularly produce sales store reports.
  • Conduct weekly store visits and develop in-store promotions, cooperating with modern trade sales, logistics, and the warehouse to work effectively.
  • Ensure that all shelves or counters are ready to sell.
  • Monitor in-store stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, and clear outs.
  • Manage the range plan in-season, reflecting any changes to maximize sales budget.


  • Advanced level of Thai or Thai native speaker
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in retail industry as Merchandiser
  • Passion in Food Service Industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and SAP will be an advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet day-to-day schedule.
