Human Resources Manager


Job Summary

HR Manager manage HR Team in Thailand with ultimate responsibility for a wide range of company initiatives and functions such as; Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Labour Law in order to drive company profitability and business objectives.


Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and lead the HR strategy and support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the company in the full span of HR
  • Participate in the strategic planning activities and work with MD to define and develop short and long term HR strategies and manpower planning according to business strategic direction in order to provide HR solutions for driving business
  • Develop HR policies and regulations to ensure that business run efficiently and compline with labor law and others related
  • Responsible for recruitment the right one to the right job at the right time and as per the company’s need
  • Facilitate the performance management system that includes performance evaluation, performance development, career development and succession planning, as well as reward and recognition scheme to engage and motivate staff in all functions
  • Develop and implement the appropriate training and development plan
  • Review employee benefits, compensation, and make recommendations for pay rises and total compensation strategy for competitive and effectiveness
  • Initiate the tools for organization development
  • Act as change agent to build trust, coach and manage stakeholders through business expansion and connect with line manager to provide HR consulting
  • Manage, direct and coordinate the needs for Administration, General Affairs
  • Control the HR and Administration department’s annual budget and objectives 



  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Industrial psychology, or any related field. 
  • At least 10 years direct experience in HR generalist role, preferably from an international company
  • Experience in Human Resources Operations  
  • Strong Thai Labour Law
  • Experience in change management and organization development would be advantageous
  • Good computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good command in English communication (both verbal and written skills)
  • Proactive, Strong leadership Hands-on working style with high competencies in analytical, conceptual thinking
  • Experienced leadership and communication skills; able to deal with complex topics
