Digital Transformation & Project Management

Key Accountabilities:

  • Solid and initiating innovation project digital transformation and data driven in business to business unit unable revenues, opportunity and increase efficiency, effectiveness, productivity with new technology according business requirement
  • Gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats analyze, assess, and prioritize critical findings (focus areas) in digital transformation and measurable solutions.
  • Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements
  • Produce specifications of business requirements to a level that enables effective delivery of agreed changes/ad hoc, also provide the impact analyst with team and vendor
  • Designing a business service solution that will meet the business needs
  • Collaborated with team members stakeholder to defend business service solution analysis based upon requirements.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions
  • Provide suggestion to related departments concerning project management methodology
  • Provide support on UAT environment to test functionality of application before promote to production environment
  • Coordinating with vendor to develop systems that meet end-user requirements
  • Communicate with technical team leads, and developers and users to assure an extensive understanding of system requirement, project status, and implementation
  • Monitoring all staff concerning the project to ensure its timeliness
  • Continuously learning about new technology in order to transform business unit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • At least 6-7 years’ experience in Project Management or Business Analyst and demonstrated strong project management skills in applying techniques to deliver actionable projects to enable business
  • Business acumen and proven experience in FMCG, manufacturing as well as proven experience with manage system integration-SI partners will be advantage
  • Demonstrated systematic, problem solving, innovative, prioritizing, presentation and can-do attitude
  • Energetic with Strong attention to detail and quality/accuracy of deliverables, preferring outcomes over outputs.
  • Experience in SAP Application is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, systematic thinking and able to work under pressure within deadlines.
  • Good command in English (writing and speaking)
  • Good computer and technology skills (Microsoft office O365 suite, Robotic Process Automation and AI
